ORDER YOUR HAT
All Hats are made to order. This can be done in three ways
- Visit the online shop
- Use the order form for specific custom requests.

Your exquisite Winter Berets are now available by ordering via the order form on this page or the custom request form on the next page.
Delivery:
It will take 3 weeks for your Hat to arrive. This is to enable ordering of special materials and to ensure quality in hand making your Hat. Therefore good notice is required for special events. However specific urgent requests will be considered, please contact me for this.
Return policy:
All sales are final but if returned unworn within 14 days an exchange can be made for you. Custom made Hats are not exchangeable.
Hat size:
The Hats will fit head sizes 22-23 inches. Here is how to measure if a specific size is required. Use a tape measure (or a piece of string that you will have to hold up to a tape measure to determine the length). Place the tape (or string) around your head about 1 cm above your ears, over the center of your forehead and encircling it over the “bump” at the back of the head. If you have any difficulty doing this please contact us by email or telephone. Some of the Hats are worn with hair bands or combs and as such will fit most adults. Specific sizing will be required for children.
