Your Custom request can be made by filling and submitting the order form below. Your Hat can be made into the style and/or color you choose.

Hats are made to fit head sizes of between 22 to 23 inches. If a specific size is required please follow the following instruction to measure head size:

Use a tape measure (or a piece of string that you will have to hold up to a tape measure to determine the length). Place the tape (or string) around your head about 1 cm above your ears, over the center of your forehead and encircling it over the “bump” at the back of the head. Measure with your hair held up or down, depending on how you intend to wear your hat. If you have any difficulty doing this please contact us by email or telephone.

Some Hats are made with head bands which fit most head sizes. Please specify if the order is for a child.

You may be required to send a swatch of a particular color if necessary because computer images may alter the actual color shade seen in the pictures.

Your Hat is delivered to you in its own beautiful hat box.

For your custom request it may take up to 4 weeks for your Hat to get to you, most times it arrives sooner. This is to enable enough time to source for your unique materials.
